Mr. Bukenya is a Ugandan youth who recently completed campus pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Industrial and Fine Art. He is the leader of the second cohort of the Youth in Action in Uganda and mobilizes and coordinates youth in the Restoring and Empowering Communities (REC)’s operation areas. He also represents REC in PVE forums
