The festivity “Holi” celebrated by GNRC Youth Nepal

Holi, also known as Utsav (in Nepali), begins on the eighth day of the new moon in the Nepali month of Falgun and ends with the burning of the Chir, which is installed earlier. It marks the end of the winter and the start of the spring with Holi being celebrated on the last full moon of Falgun (Nepali month).
