The Committee for the Promotion and Realization of the Rights of the Child is a group of four young leaders aged 16 to 18, engaged in Arigatou International as interns since April until December 2019.
Together with their local GNRC groups, these four global citizens are permanently involved in projects towards promoting the rights of the child, ending violence against children, finding peaceful solutions to conflicts in their communities, and overall building a better world together.
The members of the GNRC Youth Committee are Aakash Ramankutty (from India), Bertsy Nahsang Njombombo (from Cameroon), Saman Paul (from Pakistan), and Sofia Urbina (from Ecuador). Click here to read more about each of them.

As members of the GNRC Youth Committee, these four young leaders are in charge of implementing a campaign to commemorate the 30th anniversary of the Convention on the Rights of the Child. They are carrying out a series of local activities to promote and advocate for the rights of the child among children and adults in their communities and they are involved in expanding this campaign internationally to all children and youth in the network.
