On the International Day for the Eradication of Poverty (IDEP), GNRC-Bosnia and Herzegovina organized a round table meeting for faith leaders, art exhibitors, parents, teachers, youth and children to discuss ways in which they can end poverty in their country and protect children against violence. A total of eighty participants attended the event.

GNRC-Rwanda joined the world in celebrating the International Day for the Eradication of Poverty (IDEP) on 17th October 2016. On the 26th of September 2016, the Secretary General of the Global Network of Religions for Children (GNRC) and Director Arigatou International-Nairobi, Dr. Mustafa Yusuf Ali, officially formalized GNRC-Kenya.
