The participants then started walking through the streets of the city center of Quito, and arrived in front of the Government&rsquo;s Palace where they shouted slogans for the erradication of all forms of violence against children.<\/p>\n<p> The event was attended by the Media Coordinator of the National Government, who on behalf of the President, paid attention to the children and promised to convey their concerns to the President.<\/span><\/p>\n<p> <span style=\"font-size:14px;\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\" alignright size-full wp-image-1376\" alt=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/gnrc.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/11\/EC-DPAC-5.jpeg\" style=\"width: 320px; height: 240px; border-width: 2px; border-style: solid; margin: 2px; float: right;\" width=\"320\" height=\"240\" srcset=\"https:\/\/gnrc.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/11\/EC-DPAC-5.jpeg 320w, https:\/\/gnrc.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/11\/EC-DPAC-5-300x225.jpeg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 320px) 100vw, 320px\" \/><\/span><span style=\"font-size:14px;\">The celebration continued with a music and arts festival with the participation of the different churches and schools:<br \/> &bull; Lutheran Church &ndash; Theatre Play&nbsp; &ldquo;No to violence&rdquo;<br \/> &bull; Benito Ju&aacute;rez School &ndash; Song and choreography &ldquo;You can be like the sun&rdquo;<br \/> &bull; Methodist Church &#8211; Choir<br \/> &bull; Methodist Church&ndash; Teatro Play: &ldquo;Children&rsquo;s problems within the family&rdquo;.<br \/> &bull; La Providencia School&ndash; Play &ldquo;Enough with violence&rdquo; and song &ldquo;celebrate life!&rdquo;<br \/> &bull; Methodist Church &ndash; Folk dance of children<br \/> &bull; Baha&iacute; Faith&nbsp; &ndash; Folk Dance &ldquo;Living together&rdquo;<\/span><\/p>\n<p> <span style=\"font-size:14px;\">The children enjoyed the artistic presentations and captured the non violent messages that the organizations wanted to convey. It was also an opportunity for them to interact with other children of different faiths and backgrounds.<\/span><\/p>\n<p> <span style=\"font-size:14px;\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\" alignleft size-full wp-image-1377\" alt=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/gnrc.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/11\/EC-DPAC-20.jpeg\" style=\"width: 320px; height: 240px; border-width: 2px; border-style: solid; margin: 2px; float: left;\" width=\"320\" height=\"240\" srcset=\"https:\/\/gnrc.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/11\/EC-DPAC-20.jpeg 320w, https:\/\/gnrc.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/11\/EC-DPAC-20-300x225.jpeg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 320px) 100vw, 320px\" \/><\/span><span style=\"font-size:14px;\">The event ended with an interfaith prayer in the backyard of the school.
